Host a training in your hub
In the time of social distancing and COVID-19, hubs are encouraged to still put on Orientation and Advanced Skills Trainings! Whether your hub has put on lots of trainings before or never held one, they can be great projects to rally around, both to bring new people into your hub and to skill up leaders. Orientation Trainings go over content that isn’t covered in Sunrise School and help orient people to Sunrise culture. And because they’re often smaller and with the people you’ll be organizing with long term, they’re a great chance to build community.

- Sunrise’s Online Training Set Up Guide! This step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to plan on an online training including recruitment, building a training team, getting a Zoom account, and more!
- Trainers! Your hub doesn’t need trainers to put on a training. We can connect you with experienced trainers from other hubs across the country who are excited to tap in and train with your hub.
- Set-Up Support and Regional Training Coordinators! We have a network of folks who can help guide you through this process if your hub is new to this. They can help make sure your tech is up and running, guide you through how to recruit for your training, coach your trainers on how to prep and facilitate content, and more.
